Lepidolite Hearts
SELF LOVE, SELF LOVE, SELF LOVE. Be kind to yourself!
Lepidolite was first discovered in 1861 and originally called "lilalite" because of its lavender color. It was later named "lepidolite" from the Greek "lepidos"--which means "scale"--because of its scaly appearance caused by flakes of lithium.
Lepidolite is mined as a source of the element lithium along with other rare earth elements such as cesium and rubidium. It is an important source of lithium, the lightest metal in the world. Lithium is a well-known as a mood-stabilizing drug, commonly used in anti-depressants.
Lepidolite is one of the most powerful crystals to help with stress and worry when life feels turbulent and overwhelming. Its high lithium content provides serenity, helping you work through and dissolve any negative emotions rising within you.
