Q: I reserved an item via Instagram, how do I pay?
A: Create an account and DM us your email address! We will send you an invoice directly.
Q: What is Sezzle?
A: Sezzle enables users to split their entire order into 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks. No fees if they pay on time with zero impact to their credit. This allows shoppers to take control of their financial futures, spend responsibly, and achieve financial freedom. *Eligible on orders totaling $200 and up.
Q: What is an Open Box shipping option?
A: An Open Box is a tab that is left open with us until you are ready to ship. If you feel that you will purchase something at next week's shop drop, you can select this option so that we ship together and you save on shipping!
Q: I don't want to ship yet, can I keep an Open Box with you?
A: Yes! We will gladly hold onto an Open Box so you can save on shipping $$ and we can save on packaging, helping Mother Earth a bit. Just select Open Box at checkout and when you are ready to ship, shoot us an email or DM! We will invoice you separately for the shipping costs.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Sorry, at the moment we do not ship overseas. We hope to one day!
Q: What happens if my crystal breaks?
A: We do our best to make sure your crystals make it to you safely. If your package arrives damaged, please send us an email with pictures attached so we can get you a replacement or a refund.
Q: How fast will my package ship?
A: We ship packages out on Mondays and Wednesdays. We appreciate your understanding in us limiting contact during COVID-19.
The Crystal Reserve does not ship Saturdays, Sundays or on national holidays. Orders ship within 3 to 7 business days of placing your order. Occasionally, orders will take longer depending on stock availability. We will notify you if this is the case with your order.
Q: My order says a shipping label has been created. What does that mean?
A: When you receive your shipping notification email, you may see that the tracking information says the label has been created and the carrier is "awaiting item." Your order has been handed over to the carrier but it can take a while for them to update the tracking, especially given major delays from COVID-19. Please allow 10-14 business days, and let us know if there's no further movement within that time frame.
Q: Can I pick specific stones I want in the picture?
A: We believe that every crystal goes home to exactly who they are meant to! For stones we feel that it is especially important for them to be rehomed by fate we intuitively pick! If you feel strongly towards a specific stone, send us an email at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
