Returns:
-If approved, you have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it
-Your item must be in same condition that you received it

Refunds:
-Once we receive your item we will inspect it and then issue a refund

Shipping:
-You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item
-Shipping costs are non-refundable

We recommended that you send the merchandise back in a padded envelope and that you insure the package. If the merchandise is lost or stolen in the mail, it is not the responsibility of The Crystal Reserve to replace it.
